About Jen

Peak Performance Expert | Author | Speaker

"I am here to serve as a walking contradiction to everything the world says a high performer has to be."

Jen Guidry is a former top-producing sales leader turned Peak Performance and Trauma Recovery Expert with a performance record few can match. Over her 27-year mortgage career, she closed nearly $2 billion in loans and ranked among the top 175 loan originators in the United States—earning the title of "Top 10 Most Empowering Women in Mortgage" globally in 2023. She was also the #1 loan officer in San Antonio for multiple years.

Now, she brings that same drive into helping others succeed at the highest level—without sacrificing their health, peace, or purpose. Jen is the founder of The High Level Life Method™, designed to rewire clients from the inside out so they stop burning out and start leading better, thinking clearer, and performing stronger.

The Turning Point

The Peace Protocol was not something Jen learned in a classroom. She had climbed to the top of her industry and was performing at a high level, producing incredible results. But internally, her body was living in constant activation. Her mind never stopped scanning. Her nervous system did not know how to rest. She did not realize it at the time, but she was living in a prolonged state of survival.

Then her body forced the issue. Facing cancer and the real possibility of losing her life stripped away every illusion of control she thought she had. It forced her to confront something much deeper than physical health—it forced her to confront the internal patterns that had been running her for years. The pressure, the hypervigilance, the constant bracing for what might go wrong.

She began to realize that peace was not something you find once your circumstances improve. Peace is something your nervous system must be trained to hold.

She immersed herself in understanding how the nervous system works. She studied trauma physiology, somatic regulation, neuroplasticity, identity formation, and behavioral conditioning. But more importantly, she tested everything on herself first. She has dedicated well over 20,000 hours to research and learning about the methodologies that she embodies.

She learned, through direct experience, that lasting peace does not come from changing your thoughts alone—it comes from stabilizing your physiology, separating from unconscious fear patterns, installing a new identity rooted in internal certainty, and acting from that identity consistently enough for it to become your baseline.

Over time, she realized this process followed a repeatable structure. Not a motivational idea, but a biological and psychological sequence: Regulation. Separation. Installation. Embodiment.

This became The Peace Protocol—part of the High Level Life Method™. It is the method through which a person stops living in survival mode and becomes someone whose nervous system, identity, and behavior remain stable regardless of external conditions.

"Peace is not the absence of difficulty. Peace is the presence of internal stability."

The Peace Protocol: 4 Pillars

The Peace Protocol is the process of stabilizing your body, mind, identity, and behavior so peace becomes your default state. These are not steps you complete once—they are pillars that stabilize your nervous system, identity, and behavior permanently.

1

Regulation: Stabilize the Body

Peace begins in the nervous system, not the mind. If the body is signaling threat, the brain will generate threat-based thoughts. No amount of mindset work can override a dysregulated nervous system.

2

Separation: Stabilize the Mind

Once the nervous system stabilizes, the next step is separating from unconscious thought patterns. Most people believe their thoughts are reality. They are not. Separation trains you to observe thought instead of being controlled by it.

3

Installation: Stabilize Identity

Once the mind is no longer fused with fear, identity becomes adjustable. Installation allows you to consciously embody the version of yourself who already lives in peace.

4

Embodiment: Stabilize Behavior

Identity becomes real through action. Embodiment is the process of behaving consistently from the installed identity, even before external results appear.

Her Mission

For years, high achievers wore their ability to handle extreme stress like a badge of honor. Pushing through exhaustion, working endless hours, and believing that grind equals greatness. Jen used to believe it too.

Everything changed when she discovered nervous system regulation—and realized that managing stress, anxiety, and her own well-being wasn't a liability. It was actually the most essential skill for sustained success, clear leadership, and creative thinking.

That revelation led her to walk away from her 7-figure career to bring awareness to high achievers and corporate leaders. Now, she's on a mission to change the narrative around what it really takes to succeed and create a culture shift where performance and well-being work hand-in-hand.

It's time to stop glorifying burnout—and start building success that lasts.

Who Jen Works With

Jen works with driven, high-capacity individuals who look successful on the outside but feel disconnected, reactive, or exhausted on the inside. Her work is not about fixing you—it's about restoring internal authority so you stop outsourcing safety, worth, and direction to pressure, achievement, or external validation.

She guides people through real change, not emotional reassurance. That means she works best with people who are willing to take responsibility, practice consistently, and tolerate truth without needing it softened. This work is most effective when timing is right—for those ready to stop managing symptoms and start reorganizing how they live, lead, and relate.

"Breathwork is one of the most powerful tools for nervous system regulation. It's accessible, immediate, and scientifically proven. This book is my way of putting that power directly into your hands."
